Cancellations, Returns, And Refunds Policy

Order Cancellations & Adjustments
Orders canceled that have been paid but not shipped will be refunded to the original payment method at customer request but will have a non-refundable 3% transaction fee deducted as we do not receive them back from our credit card processor. If we cancel your order due to a problem on our behalf (out of stock for example) you will be issued a FULL refund.

Customers may return unopened & unused products within 30 days of purchase. After 30 days, returns will not be accepted.

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • You are required to provide photos of all components in your return packaging and document any damage or missing items.
  • Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • Your item must be packed securely in the original packaging.
  • You will need to provide your receipt or order number as your original proof of purchase.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of receipt. We will notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. Any used, damaged, or missing parts may result in a deduction of the amount refunded. We will always communicate any issue found and our proposed solution ahead of time. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within the number of days indicated by your card issuer’s policies.
All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Orders that are cancelled by the customer after they have shipped may be returned for a refund, less the shipping charges related to the cancelled order.
International Shipping
Shipping fees do not include duties or taxes that may be charged by your country. Please note that if the customer chooses not to pay duties or taxes or has entered an incorrect address and the shipment is returned to PrintedTracks, any refund offered will be reduced by all shipping costs and fees incurred by PrintedTracks.
